Biography

I am an experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor/Control room operative with a demonstrated history of working in the security, transport and cleaning industries.
I have a varied qualifications portfolio which includes CCTV operations, Kiasu crisis (RED3) emergency management, first aid at work including mass casualty first aid, awareness of mental health problems, mental health first aid and mental health advocacy in the workplace, risk assessment (IOSH) and customer services.
I am result driven with a proactive and passionate approach to learning and continuous professional and personal development, constantly striving to understand and be aware of new initiatives and key developments within the security industry.

I am a creative and dynamic individual, who is highly motivated, has exceptional communication skills, a very well organised individual with a wide range of experience across several sectors. Able to work on my own initiative as well as part of a team. I am very flexible in my approach to work and always strive to exceed any personal or professional aspirations. I am extremely passionate and give full dedication and commitment to my role and this business I work in.
