I began my security career in 2014 with with All Events Security in Darlington as a steward on various events, with Tour De France being my first. I stayed with them for just over a year. I then left security for 6 months before joining Securitas as a security loss prevention officer in Sainsbury’s. Not long after joining, I TUPE’d to Mitie and in April 2017, I joined Axis Security as a site supervisor. Due to a contract loss and not wanting to TUPE out, I stayed with Axis and moved to a hospital as a security officer. After around 4 months, I was promoted to supervisor. Not long after this, I was promoted to Regional Supervisor, becoming involved with many more sites throughout the North West. I then joined Impact Security as a site supervisor before being taken in house with Savills. I spent a few days short of one year at XYZ Building before rejoining Axis security as Operations Support Manager on 1st July 2020. In February 2021, Axis Group were acquired by Bidvest Noonan and in July, I was part of the pilot scheme to trial the systems before fully integrating on 1st August 2021.
On 21st February 2022, I joined Leisure Guard Security as Operations Manager.
